Experteer Overview
As a Release Train Engineer, you guide the Agile Release Train to maximize value delivery within the SAFe framework.

You collaborate with engineering management and development teams, coordinate ART events, and help manage risks and impediments.

You report progress to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement through data-informed decisions.

This role blends coaching, facilitation, and cross-functional coordination to support scalable, reliable delivery.

• Facilitate ART events and SAFe processes to keep value flowing across teams
• Coordinate and monitor schedules to ensure deadlines are met
• Oversee at least one ART and organize team onboarding/offboarding in collaboration with LACE and Engineering Management
• Report progress to management both verbally and in writing
• Monitor ART resource utilization and optimize collaboration within the ART
• Provide basic SAFe training and tooling sessions




• Support PI Planning readiness and alignment with stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing Agile performance indicators and using AI-driven insights
• Coach leaders, Scrum Masters, and teams in Lean-Agile principles and SAFe practices
• Ensure transparency and tracking of PI Objectives and feature delivery commitments

Responsabilidades
• 5 years of agile development experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Hands-on experience as Release Train Engineer or Scrum Master, or recognized certification
• Academic degree in electrical engineering, computer science, IT or comparable
• strong communication and stakeholder management skills
