In this role you lead the regional OE sales team for crushers and screens, driving target attainment across EMEA.

You will shape market growth through strategic plans, strengthen customer and aftermarket integration, and collaborate with regional partners to optimize pricing and promotions.

You’ll oversee sales operations, reporting, and systems usage while advocating a strong safety culture.

This position offers impact across a global mining technology leader focused on sustainable, efficient mineral processing.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead and manage the regional OE sales team for crushers and screens to meet regional targets
• Develop and implement plans to grow the OE market for crushers, screens, and comminution products, targeting greenfield and brownfield opportunities
• Integrate aftermarket sales into the OE strategy to boost spare parts pull-through and long-term aftermarket agreements
• Collaborate with HPGR sales managers, sub-region directors, and internal stakeholders to align sales strategies and pricing
• Oversee sales reporting, budgeting,



and skill matrix management; ensure efficient operations via NEXT digital and related systems
• Travel across the EMEA region to support sales activity, client engagement, and team leadership
• Promote a 100% safety-first culture and contribute to a world-class safety program

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in a similar sales leadership role within mining or aggregates processing
• Bachelor in Engineering
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to support business strategy and growth
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power

Point, ERP software and relevant product selection tools
• Nice-to-have: experience managing regional sales teams and developing greenfield/brownfield strategies
