We’re working with a leading aviation organisation to appoint a
QHSSE Manager
to drive safety, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple stations in Spain.This is a
senior leadership role
with full ownership of Quality, Health, Safety, Security & Environmental standards across a complex, multi-site operation.
The OpportunityYou’ll be responsible for
shaping and embedding a best-in-class QHSSE culture
, ensuring full compliance with aviation regulations, and driving continuous improvement across all operational sites.

What You’ll Be DoingLeading QHSSE strategy across all Spanish operationsEnsuring compliance with
ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, ISAGO, ICAO & IATA standardsDriving
risk management, incident investigation & corrective actionsLeading
internal & external audits




and regulatory engagementDeveloping
Business Continuity Plans & Emergency Response PlansDelivering
training, awareness, and cultural change programmesActing as the
Aviation Security lead (PNS compliance)Partnering with senior stakeholders across operations, airlines & authorities
What We’re Looking For10+ years’ experience in
QHSSE leadership
within aviation / logistics / industrial environmentsStrong background in
ground handling or air cargo operationsDeep knowledge of
ISAGO, IGOM, ICAO & IATA frameworksProven ability to lead
multi-site, xbhjioe international operationsStrong experience in
auditing, compliance & continuous improvementRecognised
Health & Safety certificationFluent in
Spanish & EnglishComfortable with
regular travel across Spain
