Experteer Overview
In this role you lead end-to-end delivery operations for large home appliances in Spain, driving warehousing, transportation and last‑mile delivery improvements.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to support volume growth and ensure stable regional logistics performance.

You address capacity, cost and vendor management challenges, shaping new warehouse and logistics models.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong impact on efficiency, service levels and project delivery.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations for white goods, including customs clearance, warehousing and distribution
• Monitor country-level performance and address operational issues to sustain regional logistics efficiency
• Plan warehouse and transport capacity using forecasts and inventory data, and optimize resource allocation
• Manage day-to-day performance of Spanish logistics vendors with KPI/SLA governance and drive improvements




• Lead or support regional projects such as new warehouse launches, innovative logistics models and procurement initiatives
• Collaborate with GTM, planning, procurement, regional delivery and HQ teams to roll out projects and resolve major incidents

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• Minimum 3 years in logistics, supply chain or delivery operations
• Hands-on knowledge of Spanish local logistics (customs clearance, warehousing, distribution)
• Experience with large home-appliance or bulky-item logistics is a plus
• Strong data analysis, vendor management, cost control and project execution skills
• Excellent cross-functional and cross-country communication and problem-solving abilities
• Working language: Spanish
