You collaborate with engineering, finance, procurement, and Microsoft specialists to ensure transparent, accountable cloud spending and sustainable growth.

Ops capability and may lead a future Fin

Ops practice, delivering data-driven insights and governance.

This role combines technical Azure stewardship with cross-functional influence to align cloud spend with strategy.

• Establish and improve Fin

Ops practices, governance, and processes across Azure
• Analyze Azure usage and spend to identify optimization opportunities and drive cost-reduction initiatives
• Guide engineers and architects in designing cost-efficient cloud solutions
• Define and support cost allocation, showback, and chargeback models across units
• Support cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial impact assessments for projects
• Develop dashboards, reporting, alerts, and insights to improve cost transparency and budget control
• Review Azure Advisor, reservations, savings plans,



licensing options with stakeholders
• Promote cost awareness and challenge excess resource consumption

Responsabilidades
• Several years of hands-on Azure engineering, platform operations, cloud architecture, or Fin

Ops experience
• Proven track record in optimizing Azure consumption, budgets, reservations, and licensing models
• Strong understanding of Azure services, governance, tagging, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience with cost transparency through reporting, budgeting, forecasting, anomaly detection, using Power BI or Azure Monitor
• Ability to translate cloud consumption data into actionable business insights
• Experience in enterprise-scale environments; banking/regulated industry experience is advantageous
• Azure administration, governance, and cost management knowledge
• Knowledge of IaC, automation, governance frameworks, and AKS is beneficial
• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305) and Fin

Ops Practitioner are highly desirable
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
