In this role, you will advance the quality of Align Technology’s software across cloud-based and desktop solutions.

You will work with cross-functional and multi-regional teams to provide testing expertise, identify risks early, and drive continuous improvement.

You will design and execute manual and automated testing strategies, with automation being a core focus.

This position offers the opportunity to shape QA processes and tooling while delivering reliable, high-quality products that support the company’s software ecosystem.

• Ensure quality and reliability of software across business-critical projects throughout the development lifecycle
• Design, implement, and execute manual and automated testing strategies with a focus on increasing automation coverage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, PO, BA, developers, Dev

Ops, QA) across multiple domains
• Maintain documentation of test plans, cases, and results for traceability
• Identify risks/issues early and work with stakeholders to resolve them




• Support and evolve QA processes, tools, and best practices
• Validate data integrity across SQL/NoSQL databases and backend systems
• Cover testing for both cloud-based and desktop applications (Python/C++ based) and analytics/reporting components (Power BI)
• Participate in initiatives to improve product quality, reliability, and processes

Responsabilidades
• Senior level QA experience
• Proven ability to design and implement testing strategies
• Strong automation focus and experience (building automation from scratch when needed)
• Proficiency with Python and C++
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases for data validation
• Excellent collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams
• Ability to proactively identify risks and drive mitigation actions
