In this role you will shape the Information Architecture for Innovative Medicine Supply Chain, creating AI-ready, trusted data assets.

You will partner with business and technology teams to ensure data is semantically aligned, reusable, and governed, enabling analytics and AI-driven outcomes.

You will drive the design of ontologies, taxonomies, and knowledge graphs to connect data, metadata, and business meaning.

This position offers impact across global supply chain data assets and strategic initiatives, with a focus on improving data trust and discoverability.

• Design and implement end-to-end FAIR and AI-ready data assets across functional domains.
• Lead conceptual and logical information modelling reflecting consistent business meanings and ownership.
• Apply IA principles across metadata, taxonomy, semantic modelling, ontology, and data assets design.
• Establish domain-level business semantics including shared definitions and mappings.
• Support the IMSC AI-ready context layer by linking metadata, relationships, and knowledge structures.
• Collaborate with Data Owners and business process owners for data ownership and reusable information models.
• Work with Data Governance to embed IA policies into the data asset lifecycle.
• Partner with Data Operations and Ju0026J Technology to translate models into governed data assets.
• Provide IA oversight for strategic initiatives and architecture reviews.
• Contribute to the IMSC IA operating model including roles, responsibilities,



and processes.
• Support metadata catalogues, business glossary standards, lineage visibility, and data contracts.
• Lead ontology and knowledge graph implementation for a coherent context layer.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI-assisted capabilities to accelerate data curation and modelling.
• Create guidance and playbooks to help teams apply IA standards across domains.
• Promote IA adoption by communicating value and supporting stakeholder education.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, or regulated data environments.
• Knowledge of FAIR, IDMP, ISO standards, data mesh, domain-driven design, semantic layers, and knowledge graphs.
• Experience in information architecture, data architecture, data modelling, or data management at enterprise scale.
• Strong understanding of FAIR principles, metadata management, business glossary, taxonomy, semantic modeling, ontology concepts, and knowledge graphs.
• Experience designing end-to-end data products across multiple data layers.
• Understanding of how IA enables AI-ready data,



including semantic consistency and governed reuse.
• Experience with data catalogues, metadata repositories, business glossaries, ontology tools, semantic layers, knowledge graph technologies, lakehouse platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Alation, Databricks, Neo4j, Top

Braid, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BDC, medallion architecture.
• Ability to translate business needs into reusable information structures and practical design guidance.
• Experience in a federated operating model with Data Owners, Data Governance, and technology delivery teams.
• Experience supporting multi-year strategy, transformation, or technology deployment initiatives.
• Strong ability to communicate complex topics to senior and cross-functional audiences.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and deliver results across general ecosystems.
• Experience creating standards, playbooks, templates, and adoption materials for business and technology audiences.
• Good knowledge of data governance, data quality, data contracts, lineage, access controls, and operating models for governed data products.
• Knowledge of using automation or AI-assisted workflows to accelerate data modelling and quality processes.
