In this executive role you drive architectural modernization for Salesforce’s strategic ISV partners, guiding them from legacy models to Next-Gen agentic software. You act as a peer to partner CTOs, shaping strategic direction and governance within the ISV Center of Excellence. You lead high-impact, outcome-driven transformations that tie platform capability to partner revenue and differentiation. This position offers senior visibility and hands-on influence across product, engineering, and executive leadership.

• Guide DevOps, release management, and support models for the AI era
• Identify and mitigate technical debt hindering Next-Gen adoption
• Provide defensible platform architecture guidance across Agentforce, Data Cloud, Slack, and related tech
• Lead COE governance, enablement, and standards across four pillars: Enablement, Architectural Governance, Engineering Intelligence, Performance
• Define the Definition of Ready for partner releases ensuring security, scalability, and innovation
• Foster high-bandwidth relationships with Partner technical leaders and Salesforce product teams
• Represent Partner needs to internal stakeholders and shape platform roadmap
• Develop a Technical Success Blueprint aligning with commercial goals




• Coordinate enablement resources to hit modernization milestones and ROI targets
• Demonstrate hands-on AI tooling fluency with prototypes and architecture diagrams
• Advocate for responsible AI governance and practical AI frameworks
• Align architecture decisions with business outcomes and revenue growth from partners
• Define and lead transformation initiatives through the Agentic AI paradigm including tool calling and trust architectures
• Create trusted advisor relationships with C-suite stakeholders across partners

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of technical leadership in SaaS/ISV environments
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge with experience in Agentic AI, 2GP packaging, and Data Cloud
• Strong enterprise architecture skills: integrations, data modeling, identity and trust, multi-cloud, event-driven design
• Proven ability to influence C-suite and drive organizational change without direct authority
• Strategic vision with historical success in complex technical transformations tied to business goals
• Hands-on AI/ML fluency with practical AI patterns, governance, and responsible AI frameworks
• Experience building or prototyping AI-enabled solutions
• Background as Enterprise CTO, VP of Engineering, Principal Architect, or similar
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication
• Ability to operate with seniority, autonomy, and high visibility
