Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced, visionary Academic Director to lead our academic programs, faculty development, and educational strategy. You will oversee curriculum design, maintain rigorous academic standards, foster institutional partnerships and ensure an exceptional learning experience for our diverse student body.
Key Responsibilities
- Academic Leadership: Direct and oversee all academic operations, program development and quality assurance.
- Faculty Management: Recruit, evaluate, and mentor international faculty members; promote teaching excellence and professional growth.
- Curriculum Innovation: Align curricula with global business trends, accreditation criteria and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Student Success & Engagement: Oversee academic advising, student retention and institutional policies.
- Strategic Partnerships:
Collaborate with global partners, regulatory bodies and industry leaders to enhance academic offerings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD (or DBA) in Business Administration, Management, Education or a related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in higher education administration (e.g., Program Director, Dean or Academic Director).
- Proven track record in curriculum design, academic accreditation and faculty management.
- Strong fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and intercultural negotiation skills.
