Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee the electrical and mechanical infrastructure of AWS data centers to maintain 100% availability and safety. You will train and support engineering teams, manage large-scale regional projects, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to deliver reliable, cost-efficient facilities. You will drive innovation and resiliency while supporting new region builds and ongoing facility operations. This position offers the chance to impact mission-critical infrastructure at a integral scale. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Train and support the Engineering team in electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operations • Implement and execute site- or equipment-specific training exercises (generators, switchgear, UPS, PDUs, AHUs, chillers)



• Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in data center sites • Operate independently with limited direct management • Assist in the design and build-out of new facilities • Act as escalation point for facilities-related issues within the data center region • Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and prepare weekly reports • Troubleshoot and report facility and data server-level events within SLAs • Create and deploy standard practices for Engineering Operations Technicians, Chief Engineers, and vendor teams • Ensure safety procedures are adhered to by vendors and AWS staff Responsabilidades • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering • Experience in vendor management • Experience in a data center or other critical environment • Experience in data center engineering or operations • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Requisitos principales • work-life balance • mentorship u0026 career growth • diverse and inclusive culture • learning and development opportunities • flexible working culture • opportunities to work on large-scale projects
