In this role, you will be the lead expert securing the convergence of AI and SaaS at Siemens, protecting AI models, agents, workflows, and the SaaS environments hosting Siemens data. You will shape the AI and SaaS security vision, drive strategic initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on cybersecurity matters across human and non-human identities. You will work with cross-functional teams to address advanced AI security threats and implement guardrails and controls.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role at the intersection of AI, security, and SaaS at scale.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Act as Siemens' technical subject matter expert for AI, LLM, and agentic AI security; provide consulting, security assessments, and guidance for AI and SaaS initiatives
- Assess AI systems end to end (models, training, inference, RAG, agents) against prompt injection, data poisoning, and supply-chain attacks
- Contribute to Siemens-wide AI and SaaS security strategy and roadmap; drive innovation in agent/model security and SSPM
- Develop AI and SaaS security standards, guardrails, reference controls, and support governance, risk, and compliance activities




- Provide hands-on expertise for critical designs and complex AI/SaaS security issues (agent identity, runtime authorization, model provenance, SaaS misconfigurations)
- Advise and align stakeholders across IT, Product, AI/Data Science, businesses, SaaS vendors, and AI providers; mentor security colleagues; collaborate with IAM on non-human identity

Responsabilidades

- Deep expertise in AI security (LLMs, foundation models, agentic AI) and SaaS security (SSPM, CASB, API security)
- Hands-on experience with AI model deployment, RAG, and AI/ML pipelines; knowledge of prompt injection, data poisoning, model extraction, xugodme and supply-chain threats
- Cloud security experience (preferably Google Cloud Platform), IAM, networking, and cloud-native controls
- Experience with security telemetry, anomaly detection, and audit/trail capabilities for AI/SaaS environments
- Knowledge of AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, GDPR, DORA) and regulatory alignment
- Ability to influence stakeholders and translate security risks into business impact
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
