M21 Realty House is looking for an experienced Real Estate Advisor to join our team at our Port d’Andratx office in Mallorca .

With our expansion in Mallorca and our office in Port d’Andratx, we are now looking for an experienced advisor who wants to become an important part of growing M21’s presence on the island.

The Role

As a Real Estate Advisor at M21 Mallorca, you will work with international buyers and property owners across Mallorca’s premium residential market.

Your responsibilities will include

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and property owners
- Identifying and developing new sales and listing opportunities
- Understanding clients’ requirements and advising them throughout their property journey
- Conducting property viewings and presenting properties professionally
- Negotiating offers and guiding transactions from initial contact through completion




- Developing your own professional network and client portfolio
- Representing M21 at events and networking opportunities
- Contributing actively to the continued growth of our Mallorca operation

Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a person who genuinely loves sales, people and real estate.

You are ambitious, independent and highly motivated, while understanding the importance of being part of a strong team.

Ideally, you have

- At least 2–3 years of successful real estate sales experience
- A proven ability to generate business and close transactions
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Experience working with international and high-end clients
- Strong knowledge of Mallorca’s property market, particularly Southwest Mallorca , is highly desirable
- A professional, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
