In this role, you will localize settlement regulations and collaborate with product and Ru0026amp;D teams to design automation plans and software solutions. You will support early delivery of settlement capabilities within logistics projects and provide detailed reports to Ru0026amp;D. You will ensure timely, accurate payments and drive risk management across cross-functional teams. You will also improve seller settlement inquiries handling and partner with cross-functions to scale settlement processes.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Localize settlement regulations and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance• Collaborate with product and Ru0026D teams to develop settlement automation plans and assist in software solutions; conduct online tests and report findings• Coordinate with project management to deliver settlement solutions in the early stages of logistics projects• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and customers, including contract review, system maintenance, billing, and AR collections• Develop and implement risk management systems to identify and mitigate settlement risks with cross-functional teams• Improve handling of sellers' settlement-related consultations to enhance experience xcskxlj Responsabilidades• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent industry experience)• 5+ years in settlement-related work within medium or large logistics enterprises• Strong understanding of logistics operations and settlement challenges• Excellent attention to detail and proactive issue-solving• Strong communication skills and team-player attitudeRequisitos principales•
