By blending deep data analysis and data modeling with creative problem-solving, your work will ensure our logistics network is efficient, scalable, and fair for our riders.

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:Explore and find the most optimal logistics payment structure in order to maximize general riders engagement.You will design, run, and analyze experiments (A/B testing, switchback tests) to precisely measure the impact of payment structure changes before a global rollout.Continuously monitor the performance of your strategies. You will track KPIs, assess the effectiveness of your changes,
