You drive new business within the Iberia territory by engaging with Large Enterprise prospects and converting them into Gartner clients. You own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closure, and hand off to account management for ongoing value. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver insight-driven value aligned to client priorities. The role offers working with C-level executives and exposure to Gartner’s AI-led advisory scope.

Your impact is shaping enterprise decisions and expanding Gartner’s footprint in a high-potential market.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Identify and pursue new-to-Gartner opportunities across Iberia, targeting Large Enterprise organizations
- Own the full sales conversation and negotiation from outreach to transition to account management
- Maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities and meet sales KPIs




- Provide the right mix of insights and practical tools to create client value
- Achieve quota for the assigned territory
- Manage complex, high-revenue sales across matrix and diverse environments
- Own forecasting and quarterly/annual account planning

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years' B2B sales experience in complex, intangible sales environments
- Business development or new-client acquisition experience preferred
- Experience selling xugodme to and/or influencing C-level executives
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proven ability to manage and forecast a complex sales process
- Willingness to travel
- Bachelor's degree desired
