Cambridge Teachers | EdTech Project for International Education
We’re developing an app designed to support Cambridge International teachers (Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level) with lesson planning, creating high-quality teaching materials, and managing their day-to-day workload.
We want to develop the app in collaboration with teachers who understand the realities of teaching Cambridge programmes. That’s why we’re looking for experienced educators who want to share their expertise, test new features, and help us build solutions that address teachers’ real needs.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for experienced Cambridge International teachers across a range of subject areas who are interested in sharing their expertise and contributing to the development of the project.
It’s a plus if you have:
- experience teaching the International Baccalaureate (IB),
- experience as a Cambridge International or IB examiner,
- experience as a subject leader or Head of Department,
- experience teaching multiple subjects or working across more than one educational programme,
- experience working with EAL or SEN students.
How will you contribute to the project? Depending on the current needs of the project, you will:
- test and evaluate new app features,
- review AI-generated teaching materials for subject accuracy and quality, including lesson plans and worksheets,
- share practical insights from your experience teaching Cambridge programmes and, where applicable, IB,
- participate in remote feedback sessions scheduled flexibly around your availability.
Your feedback will directly inform the ongoing development of the app. Time commitment & flexibility
- approximately 2–6 hours per month for an initial 6-month period,
- 100% remote, with adaptable online meetings.
Compensation & benefits
- €30–€45 per hour, depending on experience,
- contract and payment arrangements to be agreed individually based on the candidate’s location,
- free Premium access to the app after its official launch for the duration of your active involvement, with the possibility of long-term access as the collaboration continues,
- a certificate and badge recognising your contribution to an international EdTech project.
After the initial 6-month period, there may be opportunities to continue working with us as a consultant or to take part in the Ambassador Programme, depending on project needs and mutual interest. How to apply?
