Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead AML/CFT efforts for Entain's Spain operations, shaping the AML/CFT framework and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will oversee the Ceuta AFC Analyst Team, coordinate with the Head of AFC - Southern Europe, and manage audits and regulatory interactions. You will also provide SME guidance across risk, compliance, and operations, representing the company to regulators and industry bodies. This position offers a pathway to influence compliance strategy in a dynamic, regulated gaming environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support development of AML policies, processes and procedures aligned with Spanish legislation
• Oversee Ceuta AFC Analyst Team tasks in collaboration with AFC International Leadership Team and Head of AFC - Southern Europe
• Ensure risk-based controls for Spain are followed by the Ceuta team
• Act as Deputy Representative before SEPBLAC under delegated functions
• Identify audit needs and oversee internal/external audits and closure of findings
• Suggest improvements for Spain operations performed by the Ceuta AFC Team
• Collaborate with CDD operations on EDD cases and provide guidance during consultations




• Support Internal Control Committee meetings with documentation, reports and minutes
• Review escalated Risk, AML alerts and law enforcement RFIs and determine actions
• Provide AFC SME guidance to the wider business across stakeholders
• Represent the company at conferences, trade bodies and with the AML regulator
• Provide MI reports highlighting trends and issues for the Spanish business

Responsabilidades
• Experience as an MLRO in a regulated market, preferably Spain
• AML SME and best practices knowledge
• Experience designing and implementing AML/CFT frameworks and risk assessments
• Experience designing and delivering AML/CFT training programs
• Knowledge of the Gaming industry (desirable)
• Experience dealing with SEPBLAC and regulatory authorities
• Experience reporting SARs
• Knowledge of AML tools and systems
• AML qualification desirable
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Resident in Ceuta or willing to relocate
