In this role you will help shape wind turbine control software, integrating sensors and subsystems to deliver high performance, reliability, and safety. You will lead cross-functional efforts to diagnose and fix complex fleet-wide issues and drive deployment of robust control features. You will work closely with global teams to translate strategic goals into engineering requirements and maintain architectural integrity. This is a mission-driven opportunity to push the boundaries of wind turbine controls at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own end-to-end design lifecycle for major control software features, ensuring architectural integrity and alignment with platform strategy
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement scalable software solutions for fleet-wide technical issues
• Define system-level requirements for complex controls features




• Partner with cross-functional global teams (Systems, Loads, Electrical, Field Services) to drive improvements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls Engineering or similar discipline
• 10+ years of controls engineering experience, with wind turbine control system design or similar complex systems
• Advanced proficiency in Matlab/Simulink and model-based design
• Experience in a leadership or senior technical capacity managing complex projects with autonomy
