In this role you will own and optimize the ad monetisation strategy for a diverse portfolio of Lion Studios games, from prototype to launch. You’ll build and refine ad waterfalls, manage monetisation setups, and run A/B tests to lift performance. You’ll cultivate strong external partner relationships to secure optimal deals and work with product and growth teams to maximise ad revenue.
