In this role you will optimize in-market product performance through proactive pricing governance, tool development, and collaboration across regions. You will drive lifecycle pricing, IRP guidance, and pricing analytics to elevate pricing practices company-wide. You’ll partner with Pricing Leads, Market Access, and Integral Brand teams to influence governance that scales with the business.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional position in a matrix environment with a clear impact on revenue and competitive positioning.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Monitor pricing performance across global markets and identify risks/opportunities in lifecycle pricing
- Conduct pricing impact assessments including IRP scenarios and net price erosion
- Lead repricing exercises with local and regional teams to maximize value and revenue
- Design and implement pricing dashboards, tools, and standardized templates for lifecycle management
- Embed pricing performance data into reporting systems through collaboration with IT/analytics
- Track IRP trends and model impact of regulatory changes on prices, advising mitigations




- Support local price submissions and renewals with pricing simulations
- Ensure governance-compliant pricing decisions, approvals, and documentation
- Coordinate pricing submissions and lead pricing committees when needed
- Drive cross-functional strategic projects in pricing excellence, digitalization, and capability building
- Benchmark internal practices against industry standards and propose innovative solutions

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical pricing, market access, or related functions
- Solid understanding of global pricing systems, IRP, and product lifecycle xugodme dynamics
- Experience with pricing tools or data platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions
- Self-starter with energy and a positive, can-do attitude
