Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead and craft credit analyses for corporate issuers, with a focus on Europe’s Telecommunications, Media, Technology and Entertainment sectors. You’ll coach junior staff, develop reusable analytical assets, and advance automation to boost productivity while upholding governance. You will translate complex signals into clear narratives for rating committees and engage with management teams. A strong emphasis on AI-enabled workflows and responsible use of technology underpins your impact.

• Apply methodology and data governance consistently; escalate issues with actionable recommendations
• Contribute to the design and testing of automation and AI-enabled workflows, outlining where human judgment remains essential

Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of relevant credit analysis experience
• Ability to deliver high-quality work with limited oversight and coach others
• Strong collaboration and relationship-management skills with credible influencing ability
• Solid credit, financial, and risk analysis skills linking business drivers to risk views
• Practical experience embedding generative AI or LLM tools into professional workflows
• Proficiency in analytical and spreadsheet tools; willingness to develop data/automation skills
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to present complex analyses clearly to senior stakeholders
• High standards for analytical quality, traceability, and governance; prudent AI usage
• Experience contributing to automation workflow design and testing with sound judgment on human oversight
