In this AI transformation leadership role, you guide cross-functional teams to solve client challenges and deploy GenAI assets. You act as the bridge between client stakeholders, consulting teams, and technical delivery squads, ensuring alignment and delivering end-to-end programs. You drive AI-driven transformations across regulated sectors and foster growth through trusted, data-informed storytelling. The role blends strategic vision with hands-on delivery, offering meaningful impact in high-stakes environments.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Lead cross-functional teams (consultants, engineers, DS, designers) to solve AI transformation challenges• Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders, consulting teams, and delivery squads; translate business needs into actionable solutions• Deploy BCG's GenAI and agentic AI assets in client workstreams• Direct end-to-end program delivery for AI transformation initiatives (quality, scope, timelines)• Work across regulated, high-impact sectors (e.g., hospital groups, utilities)
