In this role you shape the transactional risk insurance for Mu0026amp;A deals, building a regional portfolio within a collaborative team. You will analyze financials, market and deal specifics to underwrite, price, and negotiate policy terms with brokers and insureds. You’ll manage complex Mu0026amp;A insurance processes and coordinate with external counsel to issue final documentation. The role supports the company's objectives by developing profitable broker and client relationships and upholding standards.
