We're Hiring | Backend Software Engineer

? Madrid (Hybrid – 50% Remote)

We're looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join an international team developing mission-critical software solutions for industrial automation.

? What you'll do

- Design, develop and maintain high-quality backend applications based on Java microservices.
- Build scalable, event-driven architectures using technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ.
- Work with PostgreSQL and Oracle databases.
- Ensure code quality through automated testing and agile development practices.
- Collaborate with multicultural teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

✅ What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong experience with Java (JDK 8+/17).




- Hands-on experience with microservices and distributed architectures.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Oracle, Docker and Linux.
- Experience with automated testing and Scrum methodologies.
- Fluent English.

⭐ Nice to have
- OpenShift, AWS or Azure.
- Reactive or functional programming.
- JDK 17 experience.
