Paraíso is an independent menswear label based in Barcelona, focused on contemporary clothing inspired by Mediterranean culture, craftsmanship and everyday life.

We are looking for a Design & Studio Intern to join the studio and gain hands-on experience across the development of an independent fashion brand.

As a small independent label, everyone wears multiple hats. You will work directly alongside the founder and be involved in many aspects of the creative and product development process, with a particular focus on menswear design, garment construction and pattern making.

Responsibilities

Design & Product Development

- Technical drawings and Illustrator flats
- Creating and updating tech packs
- Design research and visual references
- Assisting with pattern making and pattern preparation
- Cutting samples and garments
- Supporting fittings and sample development
- Fabric and trim research

Creative & Brand Support

- Assisting with styling for shoots and presentations
- Supporting photo shoots and content creation
- Website and product upload assistance
- Social media and communication support
- General studio assistance





We're looking for someone who:
- Is currently studying Fashion Design or a related field
- Has a genuine interest in menswear
- Has an interest in pattern making and garment construction
- Has basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Is organized, proactive and detail-oriented
- Is curious, resourceful and eager to learn
- Enjoys working across both creative and practical tasks
