BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Deskside Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support at our client site in Barcelona, Spain. This is a full-time schedule visit onsite position requiring strong troubleshooting skills and excellent end-user support.

- Provide onsite desktop and end-user technical support
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, and application issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Set up and deploy laptops/desktops for users
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
- Perform basic Active Directory tasks, including password resets and user account support
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic connectivity issues
- Provide break-fix support for hardware and software issues
- Support meeting room equipment and video conferencing systems




- Maintain IT asset inventory and hardware documentation
- Log and update incidents and service requests using IT ticketing tools
- Follow SLA requirements and provide professional end-user support
- Assist with IT rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and other onsite projects

- Currently residing in Spain with valid authorization to work
- Relevant years of proven experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Deskside Support
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Experience with Active Directory and IT ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently at the client site
- Spanish language skills are required—please mention your level when applying
