Document Manager – External Service / Consultancy
Locations: Castellón Project Type: EPC Project (Confidential)
1. Objective of the Service The service requires an experienced Document Manager to support the construction execution phase of an EPC project. The role ensures that all project documentation is structured, reliable, and usable throughout the project lifecycle. It requires ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to create order in dynamic project environments.
The Document Manager will work closely with engineering, construction, procurement, and project management teams to ensure that documents are available, correct, and aligned with project requirements.
2. Scope of Services
- Creation and maintenance of the Common Data Environment or document management systems.
- Verification that documentation received and submitted (drawings, reports, and other documents) complies with agreed formats, naming conventions, and quality standards.
- Ensure historical traceability of changes and archive obsolete versions.
- Act as the central point of contact for information between the client, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Support and guide project teams in document control processes.
3. Interfaces The Document Manager will coordinate with:
- Local Civil PM
- Document Manager / Project Assistant
4. Service Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of document management tools is a plus.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) – Mandatory.
- Availability to work on-site in each location (Castellón and Alcudia).

5. Duration Service duration aligned with the construction phase of the project, until end of 2030.
