Experteer Overview In this role you will be the technical anchor for SGS’s global cloud networking, ensuring secure, reliable Azure connectivity. You will bridge architectural design with hands-on operation, act as a Level 3 escalation expert, and support cross‑regional delivery teams. The position sits in the IT Production team, aiming to deliver resilient, scalable cloud networking that supports SGS’s worldwide operations. You’ll help drive the cloud network strategy, governance, and continuous improvement, making an impact across regions and security domains. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Operate and continuously improve general cloud network services for performance and reliability • Serve as the focal point for Cloud Network Engineering and collaborate across IT teams and regions • Support the Network Lead in implementing the global cloud network strategy and onboarding initiatives • Design, deploy, optimize, and operate Azure networking services (VNets, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, App Gateway/WAF, Private Endpoints, Virtual WAN) • Evaluate and leverage modern cloud‑native networking technologies to enhance performance and architecture • Provide Level 3 support for cloud and hybrid network incidents,



coordinating with service providers to meet SLAs • Collaborate with security, engineering, and integration teams to resolve issues and strengthen connectivity • Support Change/Problem/Incident Management and participate in governance, architecture, and planning • Build strong relationships across operational and non-operational teams and uphold SGS’s integrity and conduct Responsabilidades • Tertiary or higher education in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field • Azure certification (AZ-700, AZ-104, or AZ-305) • Minimum 3+ years in Azure Cloud Networking in large-scale environments • Strong proficiency in cloud and hybrid network architectures (Azure hub/spoke, Virtual WAN, routing, BGP, DNS, network security, Zero Trust) • Experience integrating Azure with on-premises environments • Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform or Bicep) • Experience in engineering or NOC/SOC operational environments • Excellent English communication and experience working with international teams Requisitos principales • flexible schedule • hybrid work model • continuous learning via SGS University and Campus • multinational collaboration
