As Engineering Manager in Málaga, you will build and lead the team delivering the client risk management platform that helps clients identify FX exposure and implement hedging strategies. You will own end-to-end outcomes, including APIs, data, and platform health, while shaping scalable, AI-enabled solutions. You’ll pair with product and design to translate business goals into roadmaps and foster a culture of innovation and high delivery standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role with impact across architecture, operations, and AI adoption.
