Experteer Overview In this role you lead engine development across regulatory and platform changes from concept to production, ensuring quality, cost, delivery and performance goals. You will steer design, hardware/software calibrations and industrialization while coordinating cross-functional teams. You’ll identify risks and drive mitigations to meet project milestones in a dynamic, international environment. Compensaciones / Ventajas • Lead engine development from Start of Project to Start of Production to meet QCDP objectives • Oversee design, development and validation of engine hardware, software and calibrations; drive manufacturing industrialization and performance metrics • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design, purchasing,
prototypes, process, manufacturing, supply chain, tuning, and customer performance • Identify and mitigate development risks to stay on schedule and within budget Responsabilidades • 10+ years in powertrain tuning and powertrain software/system with engine software/calibration experience • Master degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering • Proven ability to manage engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams • Strong experience budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX) and presenting decision-making reports • Knowledge of automotive sector and Horse Powertrain business • Fluent in English and Spanish; French beneficial Requisitos principales •
