? About The Role

You have probably heard the title "Forward Deployed Engineer" before. It can mean very different things depending on the company. At Juryo, it means one thing: you are the bridge between our code and real client results.

You are a problem solver who loves the front lines, the "Special Forces" that ensures our AI actually works inside the infrastructure of a top-tier law firm. You will tackle the "last mile" problem: building custom integrations, migrating messy legacy data, and scripting solutions that allow enterprise clients to adopt Juryo in days, not months.

Responsibilities

- Build agents: Design, prompt, and ship the AI voice agents that talk to real clients of real law firms. You own them from first draft to production, and you iterate until they perform
- Connect & onboard: Hook Juryo into each client's ecosystem (CRM, legacy databases, WhatsApp, calendars) and lead the technical rollout: configure the platform, map their data, and get them live in days, not months
- Own client success: You are the person in charge of making our clients successful. If the agent isn't delivering value, that's your problem to solve, and you don't stop until it does
- Feedback loop: You are the eyes and ears of the Engineering team. You see exactly where the product breaks or creates friction in the real world, and you bring those insights back to the roadmap
- Prototype to win deals: A prospect needs to see it working to sign? Build a functional demo fast, prove the value, then productize it with Core Engineering

? Requirements

- Hard worker: Does 996 excite or scare you? If it scares you, you're not the right fit. If not, you'll fit right in. We are a bunch of hard-charging people who want to make a dent in the world and will spare no energy to do so




- Tech Savy: You understand systems, APIs, and databases deeply enough to manipulate them MacGyver mindset: You prioritize "working solutions" over "perfect architecture".
- Client-Facing Skills: You are comfortable jumping on a call with a Managing Partner or an IT Director. You can explain technical concepts to non-technical people without sounding robotic Implementation
- Experience: You have worked in a role where you deployed software for customers (Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist, or a commercially-minded dev)
- Based in Barcelona, or willing to relocate: This is a fully on-site role at our Barcelona office. You're already here or ready to relocate
- Language Mastery: Native Spanish is non-negotiable (you'll be dealing with local client data and IT teams). Professional fluency in English is required
