Foundever is looking for French and English Customer Support Specialists to join an international project supporting a leading company in the electronic device warranty and insurance sector. This opportunity is adecuado for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving, and working in a multicultural environment while developing their career within a global company.

Key responsibilities: Manage warranty and insurance coverage for electronic devices. Handle customer queries, incidents, and claims professionally and efficiently.

Provide customer support in French while using English as a working language. Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction. What we offer: Temporary contract (6 months) with real possibilities for continuity. Hybrid work option available after the nesting period and achievement of campaign KPIs (up to 50% remote).



Paid online training included in the contract. Modern office located in Seville.

Working schedule

Requirements: Native or bilingual level of French.

Advanced

English level (minimum B2). Strong communication and customer-oriented skills. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Availability to work on-site in Seville.
