As a Senior Graphic Designer in Marketing, you will shape visual concepts that reinforce brand identity and marketing goals. You’ll lead multi-channel campaigns, partner with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers in a fast-paced environment. Your work helps deliver consistent, high-impact visuals across digital and print touchpoints. You’ll stay ahead of design trends and influence how our brand communicates globally.

- Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print materials aligned with brand guidelines
- Lead campaign design across web, social, advertising, presentations, and packaging
- Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Manage multiple projects with deadlines and quality
- Collaborate with marketing, product, UX, content, and external stakeholders
- Present concepts clearly to internal teams and clients




- Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices
- Prepare production-ready files and oversee final quality control

Responsabilidades

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere)
- Figma proficiency
- Cinema 4D / Blender experience (nice to have)
- AI generative tools knowledge (Weaby, Florafauna, Freepik Spaces, etc., a plus)
- English high level or higher; Spanish an asset
- xugodme Excellent typography, layout, color theory, and composition
- Strong conceptual development and storytelling abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines under pressure
- 5+ years of experience in creative/design teams
- Portfolio required
