In this role you shape enterprise AI architecture for Fabric agents, runtimes, and model gateways, aligning with vendor-neutral orchestration standards. You lead cross-functional teams to implement scalable, compliant AI harness solutions and governance across applications, cloud, data, and security. You drive secure identity, audit trails, and risk-informed evaluation while enabling safe, sandbox-to-production promotion.

You’ll influence technology strategy and partner with IT, Security, and risk functions to deliver measurable impact.

- Own agent runtimes, orchestration, and model gateway with modular, testable components
- Manage MCP/A2A integration spine across Fabric layers
- Define reference patterns and shared eval harness with Trust, Risk u0026 Evaluation
- Lead agent identity, entitlement, and audit trail implementations with IT and Security




- Ensure GxP commit-point patterns and traceability for audits
- Manage AI Harness Engineers deployed in pods and oversee architecture strategies
- Drive enterprise-wide technology architecture realization, cost-benefit and risk analyses
- Evaluate emerging technologies and guide scalable, cost-effective decisions

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent
- 10+ years leading people, projects, or programs
- Hands-on experience xugodme building production agent systems or LLM orchestration at enterprise scale
- Deep familiarity with MCP, A2A, and interoperability landscape
- Strong identity and security instincts; enterprise IdP and entitlement systems integration
- Experience in regulated environments (Part 11) and auditability
- Curiosity about AI—its capabilities, limitations, and failure modes
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities
