As an engineering leader, you will drive integrated automation and controls initiatives, design high-speed packaging systems, and oversee manufacturing plant utility systems. You will manage concurrent projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support installation and startup efforts. You will mentor and lead staff, applying strong interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts and maintain clear communication.

This role centers on advancing packaging and automation within a CP/G beverage/food manufacturing context, offering meaningful impact and collaboration across operations.

Responsabilidades

- Experience in integrated automation and controls technology
- Experience with high-speed packaging system design
- Experience with xugodme manufacturing plant utility systems
- Structured, organized, and self-disciplined to manage concurrent projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekend or late shifts during installation/startup
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or relevant field
- 8–10 years of experience, 5 years in relevant engineering role
- Previous people management experience
