In this role you lead the IT Business Domain, shaping it as the central business-facing IT function. You bridge business strategy and IT delivery, aligning roadmaps with enterprise goals and governance. You’ll drive cross-domain collaboration, value-focused prioritization, and architecture alignment to enable scalable, secure solutions. This position offers a strategic opportunity to influence how IT enables core business functions across a integral organization.

- Lead and develop the IT Business Domain within the IT Target Operating Model
- Define operating model, governance routines, interfaces, and collaboration principles for the domain
- Ensure clear roles and decision rights among domain leads, project managers and solution architects
- Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the IT Business Domain team
- Foster ownership, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Act as senior IT partner for business leadership on strategic, cross-domain IT topics
- Translate business strategies into coherent IT domain roadmaps and prioritize accordingly
- Oversee domain roadmaps across all IT Business Domains and ensure demand intake and prioritization
- Establish governance for domain IT demand, planning, and decision-making
- Coordinate dependencies across domains and align with enterprise platforms (SAP, CRM, PLM)




- Collaborate with Core/SAP Technology and Enterprise Architecture to ensure feasible, prioritized demand
- Guard architectural integrity, manage risks and technical debt, and promote standardized solutions
- Oversee project delivery and monitor progress against business value and roadmap objectives
- Support budget planning, capacity planning, and make-or-buy decisions

Responsabilidades

- University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Business Informatics or comparable
- Extensive leadership experience in IT, digital transformation, and IT portfolio management
- Strong track record leading business-facing IT functions or complex IT transformation organizations
- Proven ability to align business strategy, IT strategy, portfolio priorities, xugodme architecture and delivery
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT operating models, governance, and project delivery
- Experience in international, matrix organizations
- Experience with business domains such as Operations, Sales u0026 Marketing, Product Development or Corporate Services
- Strong understanding of SAP, enterprise applications, integration, data and digital platforms at management level
- Experience in senior stakeholder management with business and IT leadership
- Fluent English skills
