Nature Hospitality Consulting International Consulting S.L. is looking for a Hotel Operations Support Specialist to provide practical support across day-to-day hospitality projects and internal operations.

The position is suited to someone who is organised, comfortable working with digital tools and able to keep track of information, requests and follow-up activities without constant supervision.

YOUR DAY TO DAY The role will involve a variety of operational support activities, including:

- Updating hotel, client and project information in internal systems.
- Reviewing incoming requests and coordinating the appropriate follow-up.
- Maintaining project files, schedules and working documents.
- Assisting with reports, spreadsheets and routine operational summaries.
- Supporting communication with hotel partners and internal colleagues.
- Monitoring pending actions and following up on outstanding items.
- Checking information for accuracy and completeness.
- Helping organise meetings, documents and project-related materials.
- Providing administrative support across ongoing hospitality assignments.
- Escalating issues or incomplete information when further assistance is required.

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR You do not need to come from one specific background. Experience in hotel operations, hospitality, administration, customer support,



project assistance or a similar environment will be considered.

REMOTE WORKING

This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Spain. No regular office attendance is required.

The team works through email, online collaboration tools and virtual meetings, so a reliable internet connection and a suitable computer are required.

- Full-time permanent contract.
