Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR - Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and support our growing hiring needs. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a fast-paced and innovative space technology company.
You will collaborate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process, helping attract top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the People team to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through different channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and university partnerships.
- Review applications and support candidate screening activities.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage.
- Keep recruitment data and candidate records updated in the ATS.
- Assist in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives,
including university events and social media activities.
- Support reporting and recruitment metrics analysis.
- Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new employees
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and LinkedIn.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
