Experteer Overview
In this global, strategic role you drive the end-to-end transformation of logistics, customs and compliance within HP’s Service Supply Chain as part of a multi-year SAP S/4 journey. You shape system design and business decisions while enabling cross-functional integration at scale. You’ll partner with IT, digital teams and global stakeholders to standardize processes and deliver scalable operating models. This position offers high impact, cross-regional exposure and opportunities to influence transformation at a global level.

• Define and standardize end-to-end logistics, customs and compliance processes across regions
• Drive simplification and harmonization to ensure scalable operating models
• Partner with IT and Digital teams to shape SAP S/4 logistics capabilities and translate business needs into system improvements
• Support implementation and adoption of new SAP S/4 solutions




• Collaborate with stakeholders across EMEA and Americas and align with Logistics, Compliance and other Global Process Owners
• Identify gaps, drive resolution of critical operational challenges, and promote continuous improvement

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations or related areas
• Solid understanding of logistics processes (transportation, customs, compliance)
• Experience in cross-functional or integral environments
• Exposure to process improvement, transformation or system implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
