Interior Designer / Interior Architect – 3D & Technical DesignLocation: Marbella, Spain

Minotti Marbella is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer or Interior Architect with strong 3D visualisation and technical design skills to join our team in Marbella.

The role will have a strong focus on 3D modelling, rendering and technical drawings, while also supporting the team throughout the different stages of our interior design projects, from concept development to execution.

Main Responsibilities

- Creation and development of detailed 3D models for interior design projects
- Production of high-quality interior renders and visualisations
- Preparation of technical drawings, plans, elevations and details
- Development of furniture layouts and space planning
- Preparation of drawings and visual material for client presentations
- Supporting the design team with furniture, material and finish selections
- Assisting with projects from initial concept through to development and execution
- Preparation and organisation of project documentation, specifications and technical information
- Supporting the team with ongoing high-end residential and showroom projects

Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone with a strong combination of technical ability, visual sensitivity and an interest in high-end interior design. The adecuado candidate will have:

- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture,



Architecture or a related field
- Strong 3D modelling and rendering skills
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience with SketchUp and/or other 3D modelling software
- Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Corona, Enscape or similar
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is an advantage
- Good understanding of technical drawings, materials, finishes and interior detailing
- Strong attention to detail and a refined design sensibility
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work across several projects simultaneously
- Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish is an advantage
