Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing creative, functional design concepts for residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and Estuco Interiors’ design standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Marbella and involves collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors throughout the design and implementation process. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, selecting finishes and materials, preparing mood boards and presentations, and coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).

The Interior

Designer will produce construction drawings and detailed documentation, oversee site visits, monitor progress, and ensure designs are executed to specification, quality, budget, and schedule. The role also includes sourcing products, maintaining vendor relationships, and staying informed about design trends, sustainability practices, and local building regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to create functional,



aesthetically balanced layouts tailored to client requirements.
- Knowledge of Architecture and building systems to collaborate effectively with architects and construction teams.
- Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and technical documentation using industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience managing projects from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Strong visual presentation skills, including mood boards, 3D visuals, and material boards.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions clearly.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work on-site in Marbella as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and familiarity with local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
