## What you'll do

- Open the Portuguese market from scratch: identify target accounts, map decision-makers, generate the first meetings and close the first contracts.
- Build your own client portfolio in Data, AI and technology — backed by a structure that has already done it in Spain with some of the country's largest enterprises.
- Design the commercial strategy for a country, not execute someone else's: you propose, you test, you decide what works.
- Work directly alongside the owners of the company. Not "reporting into leadership" — literally sitting next to the people who founded and run InnoIT. No middle layers, no politics, direct access to every decision. You'll learn how a business is actually built, from the people building it.
- Recruit and grow your own team as the P&L; justifies it. The first consultant you place in Portugal, you'll have brought in. So will the team that follows.

## How far can you go?

That's the right question, and the answer is simple: there is no defined ceiling, because you set it.

The natural path for this role: Business Developer → Business Manager with your own team → Head of the Portuguese market. This isn't an HR promise — it's business logic. If Portugal grows, you grow, because Portugal will be you.

## Who we're looking for
- Native or bilingual Portuguese + fluent Spanish and/or English.
- Experience in B2B business development, ideally in IT services, technology consulting or staffing — but we care more about hunger than CV.
- A hunter profile: closed doors motivate you more than mature accounts.
- A founder's mindset: autonomy, resilience, and the ambition to say in three years' time — "I built this."
