We are looking for an experienced professional to lead workplace technology projects, coordinate IT services, and drive initiatives that enhance the end-user experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT Workplace projects from planning through successful delivery.
- Coordinate Workplace Services and act as a key contact for operational topics.
- Manage service escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle management, including forecasting, reporting, and planning.
- Conduct service reviews and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across workplace operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors in an international environment.
- Support the adoption of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL best practices.
What We're Looking For ✅ Experience managing IT Workplace Services or End User Computing (EUC) environments.
✅ Proven experience leading IT Infrastructure or Workplace Technology Projects.
✅ Strong knowledge of:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- ITIL Framework
- Asset Management
- Service Delivery
- Workplace Operations
✅ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills. ✅ Professional proficiency in English.
✅ German is a plus.
