We are looking for a driven, detail oriented Account Manager to join our client management team, supporting shipping and ship management clients across Europe and the Mediterranean. This is a remote role, and candidates must currently be based in Spain.

You will lead training for client administrators and crew members during new account implementations, and provide ongoing support to keep programs running smoothly after launch. You will deliver training sessions, both virtually and in person, to groups of varying size and background, and you will help turn client feedback into product improvements.

Responsibilities

- Deliver tailored training programs to client administrators and crew members across different geographies.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and readiness of clients and end users during new account implementations.
- Provide ongoing post launch support to ensure program adoption and long term success.
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and care, always looking to deepen the relationship.




- Maintain and update CRM records to track client engagement and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Operations teams to meet onboarding milestones.
- Travel as required for in person training, client site visits, and relationship building, including visits to client offices and, where needed, vessels in port.
- Contribute to cross functional initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

- 2 or more years in account management, client training, or a client facing implementation role.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong PowerPoint skills preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to groups of varying size.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team first approach.
- Strong customer focus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Spain.

The adecuado candidate will bring one or both of the following:
- Experience in payments, finance, or the fintech industry.
- Experience in the maritime or shipping sector.
