Your mission
Your mission will be to provide support in the delivery of reliable, accurate, timely and well-informed advice to the Corporate areas and the General Secretariat on legal issues and the potential legal implications of various company strategies and business initiatives on the matter.
The position encompasses legal advice to the different business units of the said areas, mainly in the in the M&A;, corporate, commercial and civil fields. It also entails supervision of the activities of other resources located in different locations. As a Logista employee, you will be our most valuable asset, and we will take your career seriously,

Functions and responsibilities
- Advise on M&A; transactions and corporate operations from a legal point of view, as well as advising the business and strategy teams in the negotiations and terms of complex issues that may arise. Carrying out, as part of these operations, the preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentations, including Confidentiality Agreement, Letter of Intent, Share and Purchase agreement, Shareholders agreements, Real Estate agreements, Transition Services Agreements, and everything that is necessary to carry out the transaction.
- Provide general legal advice to all corporate areas, including real estate, IT and financials, including the assistance in the negotiations of the relevant contracts
- Provide legal support on the corporate management of the different decisions bodies of Logista, including its listed parent Company (agendas, minutes etc).
- Provide assistance in the corporate governance of a listed Company such as LOGISTA, including the analysis and update of its corporate governance system, as well as in its relations with the market regulator
- Provide advice on data protection matters, including the coordination of local DPOS in France, Italy, Portugal and Poland
- Cooperation with other areas of the legal department (Spain & other countries) in order to ensure coordinated approach to all relevant legal issues.
- Any other duties as required by the Corporate Legal Director and/or that are commensurate with the role and with the Department’s responsibilities.
Requirements
- A Bachelor´s or Master´s Law Degree.
- Minimun 2 years of experience in Law firms or multinational companies.
- Lawyer with experience in M&A;,
Corporate and Comercial Law issues including corporate and group reorganizations.
- Data protection expertise will be valued.
- Authorizations to practice law in Spain.
- Spanish and English at a fluent level (C1 Advance).
- Travelling availability.
