We are seeking a highly skilled Senior eCommerce Analyst with 3–5 years of experience working on Adobe Commerce (Magento), including exposure to marketplace and multi-seller models. Configure Adobe Commerce modules: Catalog, Pricing, Inventory, Promotions, Checkout, Payments, and Taxes.

- Manage seller onboarding, verification, catalog ingestion, product approvals, and performance tracking.
- Conduct business requirement analysis and convert them into user stories, BRDs, and process flow diagrams. What's in it for me? Support PIM, ERP, OMS, search, payments, and marketing tool integrations.
- Create and execute UAT test cases for marketplace flows including seller onboarding, order splitting, and refunds.
- Analyze marketplace performance using GA4/Adobe Analytics and recommend funnel optimizations. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous technical challengesExcellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical teamsExperience coaching and reviewing the work of other engineersAbility to work independently while maintaining high standards for quality and complianceWhat qualifications will make you successful? 3–5 years of functional experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento).




- Strong understanding of eCommerce flows: catalog, pricing, inventory, promotions, checkout, shipping, and returns.
- Knowledge of REST/GraphQL concepts and data mapping for integrations.
- Experience with analytics tools such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills and familiarity with JIRA, Postman, and Confluence. Good-to-Have Skills - Experience with Adobe Commerce B2B modules.
- Familiarity with PIM/ERP systems such as Akeneo or SAP.
