Key Responsibilities

-

- Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents that solve real-world business challenges across multiple industries.

- Own the complete Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC), from discovery and proof of value through production deployment and continuous optimization.

- Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to understand business problems, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.

- Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance full-stack applications that integrate modern AI capabilities.

- Develop reusable frameworks, tooling, and best practices for implementing AI agents.

- Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to influence platform capabilities based on customer needs.

- Experiment with emerging AI technologies and rapidly evaluate new models, frameworks, and architectures.

- Drive technical discussions with both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

Must-have Skills

-





- 5+ years of Strong Software Engineering fundamentals, including system design, scalability, algorithms, and design patterns.

- Extensive experience building and deploying production software.

- Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript and React.

- Ability to quickly adapt across different full-stack technologies and architectures.

- Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems.

- Proven ability to own projects end-to-end

- Hands-on experience building applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Strong understanding of agentic architectures, including concepts such as:

- Experience integrating AI capabilities into production environments rather than experimentation alone.

- Familiarity with modern AI tooling and orchestration frameworks.

- Comfortable working directly with customers to understand business needs.

- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong ownership mindset and bias toward execution.

- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
