Each profile includes photos, videos, rates, measurements, and availability, providing transparency before any booking request. Models use BookModels to build a professional presence, manage their portfolios and bookings, and communicate with verified clients in one centralized place. The platform offers identity verification, direct messaging, and general coverage, making casting and staffing projects fast and straightforward for both models and clients.

Role Description The Model Content Manager is a part-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing model profiles and related content across the BookModels platform. This role includes reviewing and updating profile information, ensuring quality and consistency of images, videos, and descriptions, and guiding models on best practices for presenting their portfolios.

Manager will monitor content for compliance with platform standards, provide feedback to models,



and collaborate with internal teams to improve content guidelines and user experience. Day-to-day tasks also include analyzing profile performance, identifying opportunities to increase engagement and bookings, and supporting content-related initiatives that enhance the marketplace’s overall quality.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in content management, including reviewing, organizing, and optimizing digital profiles and portfolios.
- Skills in copywriting and editing for web content, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and accurate descriptions.
- Familiarity with visual media standards, including best practices for photos and video content in fashion, commercial, or creative industries.
- Comfort with online marketplaces or talent platforms, and understanding of how profile quality impacts discoverability and bookings.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive, professional feedback to a diverse group of users.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple profiles and tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with common digital tools and content management systems; experience with analytics or performance metrics is a plus.
- Relevant education or experience in content management, marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred.
