We are seeking Norwegian‑speaking Assistance Coordinators for our client’s international travel assistance team in Torrevieja, Costa Blanca.

You’ll Do

Support travellers worldwide via phone and email

Handle cases related to illness, accidents or travel issues

Provide guidance about travel insurance coverage

Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, airlines and partners

Arrange flights, accommodation or medical assistance when needed

Manage cases in internal systems The assistance centre operates 24/7, so the role includes day, evening and night shifts.

Qualifications

Fluent in Norwegian and English

Strong communication skills





Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

Ability to work shift rotations (day, evening, night)

Good computer skills and attention to detail

Additional languages are a plus
