Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this Data Scientist role within People Analytics, you drive global analytics projects that inform Talent, Performance, and Culture decisions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end insights and predictive models that support workforce planning. Your work translates complex people data into impactful visuals and narratives for HR leaders. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to shape workforce strategies at ABB, leveraging ML, NLP, and advanced analytics. Compensaciones / Incentivos Lead cross-functional, global analytics projects from requirements to insights delivery
Develop statistical and machine learning models to generate actionable workforce insights
Build predictive solutions using Python, R, Snowflake, NoSQL, and data lakes
Create meaningful KPIs and visualizations with Power BI,



Advanced Excel, and VBA
Apply NLP and deep learning to interpret unstructured data for culture and employee experience projects
Oversee end-to-end analytics initiatives focused on workforce performance and cultural development
Responsabilidades Strong quantitative skills with experience working on large datasets
Programming experience in R, Python, or MS Azure for analytics
Practical ML/AI and NLP knowledge
Understanding of SDLC and ETL processes in data projects
Ability to craft narratives from complex data and deliver decision-ready insights
Experience delivering end-to-end decision science solutions with consulting exposure
Bachelor's or Master's in a related field and proficient English communication
